Novum Nano® offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all its products. We want each of our customers to be completely satisfied or we will give you a full refund.

All that we ask is that you provide an answer to the following two quesitons.:

1. What didn’t you like about the product?
2. What can we do better in the future?

Shipping

Please see below for shipping options and delivery timeframes:

Standard UPS Ground: Ground Rate: You can expect to receive your order in 7-10 business days after your order has shipped.
UPS 2nd Day Air: $15. You can expect to receive your order in 2-3 business days after your order has shipped.
UPS Next Day Air: $25. You can expect to receive your order in 1-2 business days after your order has shipped.

Ground transit times vary from state to state. We are unable to ship to U.S. Post Office boxes APO or FPO addresses.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. This will ensure your products are packaged with care and arrive safely and securely. Orders placed after 3PM ET on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, we will ship your package via UPS, and we will send you a tracking number via email.
